Copy your custom maps into C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\yourmail@hotmail.com\counter-strike\cstrike\maps
Of course if you want to copy your old 1.5 custom maps, just go to your old
cstrike\maps directory and select everything except the default 1.6 maps, which
are the following:-
