How to set up a CS 1.6 custom spray

You can use an application like Wally to
convert your picture into a pldecal.wad. There are restrictions in terms
of the size and number of pixels, but the program should ensure that you're
using a legal image.

Take a backup copy of your new wad file somewhere in a safe place, just
in case it gets overwritten by CS at a later stage.

Replace the standard CS 1.6 file with your new file in the following location
C:\Program
Files\Steam\SteamApps\myaddress@hotmail.com\counter-strike\cstrike
